100 Adelaide Street West was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and WZMH Architects. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
We supplied the cladding for the lobbies in French Buffon limestone.
KPF wanted a zig zag movement of the cladding and they selected the bench 15 of the Buffon limestone.
The subtle warm tones of the Buffon limestone also pleased the design team as well as Oxford properties (the final client)
The project won the award by Terrazzo Tile & Marble Association of Canada (TTMAC).
Each french limestone tile was carefully cut to achieve the distinct zig zag pattern and then dry laid, photographs and validated by the design team. Great work achieved by our factory based in Burgundy, France.

Slabs upto 3000 mm long are ideal to achieve very long panels when the veins runs parallel to the lengths.
